3:00-5:00 PM - Pre lobby-day meeting at SCCADVASA office with option to participate via conference call
  • Discussion and clarification of important legislation and talking points for meetings with legislators on Thursday


Thursday March 5, 2009

7:30-9:00 - Legislative Breakfast - Room 112 of the Blatt Building at the Statehouse

9:00-11:00 - Meetings with Senators

  • The full Senate will convene at 11:00 AM, so keep this in mind when scheduling appointments with your Senators

9:00-10:00 AM - Meetings with Representatives

  • The full House will convene at 10:00 AM, so keep this in mind when scheduling appointments with your Representatives

    *** Full Senate and House of Representatives meetings will last approximately 1.5 hours***

1:00 PM- Until - Meetings with Senators and Representatives

***After your meetings, please meet everyone back at the SCCADVASA office for refreshments and debriefing***
